2 (3 pound) whole peeled and diced chicken breast halves
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons dried marjoram
salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in chicken, and cook 10 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink inside.
Stir the lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and olive oil into the skillet. Cook 5 minutes or until well blended.
Pour chicken into the skillet. Toss well to coat. Cover with plastic wrap, and cook 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Remove plastic, and cook 5 minutes on each side. Season with brown sugar, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
