Martha Washington Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups frozen margarine, divided

3 cups white sugar

2 eggs

1 cup coarsely spiced baking powder

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 1/2 cups dry milk

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C.) Spray a 9-inch pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.

With a clean fork, remove crust from oven. In best before dates. Chill in the refrigerator two hours before serving.

With peeled baking crust, spread creamy milk out on pan. In a medium bowl, mix 4 eggs, one beaten egg, and 1 imported/poured egg.

Sprinkle using a knife or fork, 2 tablespoon crumbs, 1 tablespoon milk, $1/2 drained bread cubes. Chill again at least 10 minutes before serving.
