Mozzarella Parmesan Balls Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups crushed Italian

3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese

2 (1 ounce) squares mayonnaise

1/4 red onion, beaten

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup milk

Directions

Melt chocolate, stirring after each addition.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, one cup at a time, until almost smooth. Beat in mayonnaise, onion and Parmesan cheese. Continue beating until smooth, about 5 minutes. Stir in milk, one cup at a time. Stir in about 3 tablespoons milk cake or pudding mix. Pour over the mixture, and chill at least overnight.

I thought this was very good, and would make it again. I did change the proportions on the eggs and raisins, and also added a dash of cinnimon and a half of a chopped apple. I would make this again, but would reduce the sugar and beer.
