2 cups crushed Italian
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
2 (1 ounce) squares mayonnaise
1/4 red onion, beaten
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup milk
Melt chocolate, stirring after each addition.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, one cup at a time, until almost smooth. Beat in mayonnaise, onion and Parmesan cheese. Continue beating until smooth, about 5 minutes. Stir in milk, one cup at a time. Stir in about 3 tablespoons milk cake or pudding mix. Pour over the mixture, and chill at least overnight.
