Kielbasa Salami Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1/2 pound lean pork sausage

1 onion, sliced

6 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 cup water

2 tablespoons white wine

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon dried basil

2 teaspoons dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

salt and pepper to taste

1 (28 ounce) can kielbasa-style pasta

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the lean ground beef, pork sausage, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, oregano, basil, oil, water and wine. Mix in brown sugar, basil and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 4 small patties.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 pounds of kielbasa or any other meat sausage mixture to skillet. Slowly cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain grease from skillet and set aside.

When bacon is cooked and is crisp, remove from skillet and place in a large bowl. Stir in tomato juice, green wine, brown sugar, basil, rosemary, marjoram, salt, pepper and kielbasa pasta. Mix well.

Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add water to skillet, bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Whisk in brown sugar, basil, rosemary, marjoram, salt, pepper and kielbasa pasta. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in cooked sausage. Return to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer to a 9x13 inch dish. Sprinkle with tomato sauce mixture. Top with kielbasa.
