2 cloves garlic, finely crushed
1 onion, finely chopped
3 pounds lean ground beef
1 (3 ounce) can refried beans
1 teaspoon salt
3 (4 ounce) cans diced green chile peppers
5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
3 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Place garlic, onion and ground beef into large stockpot. Add vegetables and beans, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add refried beans, pepper, chile peppers, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, black pepper, oregano, sesame seeds and salt. Stir well.
Reduce heat to medium and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in veggies and beans, and cook 5 minutes more. Remove from heat and let stand for at least 5 minutes.
