1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons water
1 pound pork chops
In a small saucepan, combine the flour, vinegar, and water. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 45 minutes, until meat is tender but still pink. Drain well.
Place pork chops in a 7x8 inch dish. Pour stock mixture over chops, and sprinkle with chopped onion.
Good recipe. I did like the sauce, but I think it needed more heat. Next time I will leave it as is and see what fits.
