1 1/4 cups oats
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup bread flour
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup evaporated milk
1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese spread
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Place oats and brown sugar in a large bowl. Stir together. Stir in raisins and baking powder. Mix together until smooth. Divide dough into two pieces. Place one piece on the large end of the loaf pan, generously patting mixture into the bread.
Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Place loaf in large resealable plastic bag. Brush or spray egg white with vegetable oil spray.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Brush or spray top with cooking spray. Divide dough into two pieces. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Place onto ungreased baking sheets. Brush or spray egg white with vegetable oil spray.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Meanwhile, shape into loaves or rolls with hands using an electric skateboarder. Brush or spray with cooking spray.
