1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger lemon-lime flavored rum flavored liqueur
1 liter pineapple juice
1 liter lemon-lime flavored liqueur
3 zucchini, thinly sliced
2 large carrots, sliced
1 cup tomato sauce
3 tablespoons lemon zest
1/2 cup orange juice
1 orange wedge
1 lime, garnish with celery seed oil and orange peel
Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour rum and lime juice into glass as directed by manufacturer. Stir to blend. Add additional orange juice if desired. Serve with celery seed oil, lime zest and orange peel.
