1 cup vegetable oil
1 pound boneless chicken, cut in thick strips
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried sage
15 slices fresh, sliced potatoes
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onions
5 cups sliced sliced spring onions
1 plum with juice
1 egg
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Heat the vegetable oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Stir in chicken, sage, salt, pepper and onions. Fry in oil, turning often, until golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels and serve.
