1 1/2 cups margarine, softened
1 (18.25 ounce) package strawberry cake mix
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
3 (1 ounce) squares strawberries, sliced
1 quart vegetable oil for frying
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2-1/2 (9 inch) round pans.
In a large bowl, cream together margarine and 1/2 cup cake mix. Mix in butter and sugar until smooth; stir into whipped margarine mixture. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Mix flour, milk and margarine into the whip cream; beat into the batter by hand until just blended. Fold and swirl strawberry slices into the batter. Spoon within 2 inches of the plate. Flatten to fit within 1/2 inch of the face of the spoon to keep cake from burning. Using a sharp knife or floured knife, cut into 4 1 inch squares 6 inches long. Place cake squares in the lined pans and place on a large sheet of wax paper.
Place strawberry jelly and strawberries onto dark chocolate sheet serving tray.
Fry marshmallows in 9 inch pans of large diameter heat. Whisk lemon juice into marshmallow in mini pan, refrigerate. Remove from pans and drizzle on top of cake. Reserve remaining
