1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2/3 cup warm milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup yellow corn syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup coffee beans
1/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
In a microwave oven, combine the milk, oil, corn syrup, apple and sour cream. Mix together while stirring, until just blended. Spread mixture on bottom of pie crust.
In another microwave oven, microwave the coffee beans, stirring until they are melted, until set. Pour over pie crust. Serve warm or cold.
