1 banana
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 cups sprinkles
3 tablespoons orange juice
10 gumdrops
1 teaspoon corn syrup
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Bake bananas in preheated oven for several minutes, or until bananas are golden. Drain bananas; peel and slice. Dip bananas in orange juice until all pieces stick.
In a small bowl, combine sprinkles, orange juice, corn syrup and flour to form a smooth paste. Beat for 30 seconds with an electric mixer. Stir in baking powder. Stir in 1 cup flour and baking soda; beat until smooth. Fold in salt, cinnamon and sugar. Spread evenly into cake pan. Sprinkle remaining sugar on top of cake.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or cool.
