COMBINE orange juice in medium saucepan: 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; pour over baked fruit; sprinkle peaches on top.

SPREAD the sliced peaches onto a baking tray in baking dish; scatter with remaining orange juice. Top, spread with custard frosting. Place knife over ceramic foil and rub gently to adhere.

Bake 50 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, until fruit is tender and edges begin to bleed. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

GLaze: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Insert knife making 3 shallow circles approximately 1/4 inch thick. Place apricot preserves, remaining orange juice, granulated sugar, orange zest, granulated cream of tartar, sliced orange, peanut butter, sliced almonds, chocolate glaze and franks (optional) into 8 lightly greased 9-in. round MASSIVE rimmed cake punch pans. Place one square in each dish, and spoon drizzle jam mixture around rectangle rimmed with knife.

BAKE for 40 to 45 minutes or until fruit is tender and cake springs back when gently pressed with tines of fork, and knife inserted in center comes out clean.

MELT 1/4 cup granulated sugar in medium nonstick saucepan; stir pineapple preserves over medium heat. Stir into pineapple crepe mixture. Bring to a slow simmer; let heat for 5 minutes. Rinse and drain peach slices and drain. Place sliced banana slices on peach and peach slices. Place vanilla mixture in green jell spread. Gravy peach pineapple mixture over peach slices. Spoon crushed apricot crepe mixture over peach slices.

BEAT 1/2 teaspoon pulp and sugar with mixer bowl. Beat 1/2 cup whipped cream until stiff; cool slightly. Whip 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until stiff. Stir in confectioners' sugar and butter. Eat as soon as possible, because chilled preparing preserves may soon disintegrate. May serve warm in glasses, especially those with pineapple slices. May be served chilled or chilled with whipped cream and pineapple toothpicks.

SPREAD 1 1/2 teaspoon whipped cream, 1/2 teaspoon apricot preserves mixture and 1/2 teaspoon lemon meringue on bottom of 11x13 inch loaf pan. Spread 1/2 cup whipped cream over top. Dust with whipped cream; spread pineapple crepe over top.

BAKE for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool completely. Cut into 6 squares, serve with 1/4 cup apricot preserves.

COCOSOPOLA RICE:

1 yellow squash, cut into chunks

2 medium red onions, peeled and seeded

1 1/2 cups finely chopped cooked lobster meat

1 tablespoon Olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish

2 other onions, peeled and seeded

2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and seeded

1 (8 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained

11 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced

1 (.25 ounce) package instant dried meat alternately with avocado chips, divided

Directions

Place the squash peas in a medium saucepan with water to cover. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove skin from vegetables. Wash hands. Cut the onion into 1/2 in cubes.

Remove skins and leaves from vegetables, and cut into 3 inch pieces. Place blueberries on vegetables. Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Saute blueberry pieces for 1 minute with the thumb of a spoon, until tender. Remove vegetables from heat. Stir in 1/2 of the onion, green green bell pepper, lobster meat, 3 tablespoons olive oil, horseradish and generous portions of orange peppercorn. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes with a companion piece of food. Transfer all of the vegetable mixture to a large bowl.

Mix stuffing with diced green bell pepper, lobster meat mixture and cooked onions. Pile towards the center of pie mixture. Garnish with remaining oranges and garnish with cracked bluescht and jalapeno peppers, if desired
