2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon Morton salt
1 low marbled chicken I
1 medium marbled stew meat
2 carrots
1 small potato, finely diced
3 cups water
Place 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 3 tablespoons Morton salt, into a large fat easily prepared pan. Add leftover chicken, carrots and potatoes, and mix together.
Bring the boiling water to a rolling boil. Cover, and cook 1 minute. Remove pan from heat. Boil 10 minutes. Remove lid, and stir sauce into bottom of dish. Increase thickness of the soup pot by 3 inches. Cover stove, and simmer one minute.
