1 1/4 cups whipped cream
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup apricot jam (optional)
1 (6 ounce) package dried apricot jam
1 (2 ounce) package dry fresh apricot curls (optional)
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup dried curd cottage cheese
2/3 cup cold milk
1 orange, thawed
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup chopped dried bananas
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10x15 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream, orange juice, and jam until smooth. Blend in cream, chopped onion, apricot jam, and dried apricot jam. In large bowl, combine pudding mix, curd cottage cheese, milk, orange, green onion, and green onions. Pudding mixture should be thick and take a long time to cook. Stir in cracked bananas, reserving 1 cup.
Allow pudding to cool 30 minutes before serving.
