1 gallon bourbon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 pound medium shrimp
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 (6 ounce) can shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
1 (8 ounce) container frozen horseradish
Stir bourbon into a blender or food processor. Pour lemon juice over shrimp and onion.
Stir lemon juice mixture into a blender or food processor. Blend in lemon juice, tomato paste, lemon juice and orange juice. Pour into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with horseradish.
