1 (4 pound) whole chicken, cut into cubes
1 (15 ounce) can haricot
1 (4 ounce) can anchovies
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Italian-style seasoning
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped green olives
2 cups fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped celery
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine the haricot, anchovies, olive oil, Italian-style seasoning, dry mustard, green onion, green olives, bread crumbs, cheese, sour cream and celery in a large mixing bowl. Transfer the mixture to a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
