Easy Pecan Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 1/4 cups white sugar

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease or flour a 9x13 inch pan.

In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Beat egg into dry mixture, stirring just until incorporated. Fold mixture into flour mixture, beating until smooth. Fold butter into egg mixture, another 2 tablespoons at a time, then stir in pecans. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake on Preheat Platter Preheated Greased or Floured Bake Sticks for 35 minutes. Then Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan comes out clean.
