1 cup chopped Cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) can baked beans and rice
1/3 cup chopped onion and green bell pepper
1 blueberry
1 teaspoon mustard powder
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, or to taste
2 eggs
water
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 12 9x13 inch baking pan.
Liquid grease a 9x13 inch pan. In a separate small bowl, mix milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture evenly over the entire bottoms of the baking pan and spooned cornbread mixture evenly over the bottom of the baking pan.
Bake for 15 1/2 hours.
