1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup cherry juice
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon white sugar
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
3 tablespoons chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Stir vanilla extract into graham cracker mixture. Pour in cherry juice, cherries, sugar, vinegar and pecans. Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 3 hours. Cool completely, refrigerate or freeze. Cut into squares.
