2 cups water
2 tablespoons regular dry meat seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 (11 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon ground dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine water, seasoning, nutmeg, tomatoes and olive oil.
In a skillet, cook peas and stir in beef or veal or chicken.
In a small bowl, toss flour with mustard and salt and pepper and set aside. Slowly pour tomato solution over cooked meat. Turn sauceoff then pour over mixture. Simmer for 20 minutes.
