6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 mildly crushed red pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 green onions, chopped
Place chicken breasts into greased mixing bowl. Melt 2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir into skillet, allowing well to drip. Place chicken in pan, turning once. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and paprika; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until garlic is slightly golden. Pour over chicken that has been browned. Sprinkle with green onions. Blend together.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 2 to 3 hours; uncovered, turn chicken breasts twice (they make amazing fattier chicken!)
