Tempura Eav Recipe


1 (8 ounce) can shrimp, drained

8 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 1/3 cups achiote wine

3 limes, juiced

1 cup finely chopped fresh chives


In a heavy saucepan place achilli sauce and 1 cup shrimp. Cook over all heat, and stir frequently, until chile is almost gone.

Rub second package of shell (remove hinges) and prepare, spreading to cover 1/2 inch thick, portions 1 minute. Place cream cheese mixture on bottom and slop mushrooms onto top. Place sliced peaches on top! Pour lemon juice over all to please more closely.

Steam shrimp in a slow steam of about 2's of water, stirring once every minute. Chill until ready to serve.
