1/2 pound feta cheese, shredded
1/2 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (8 ounce) containers sour cream
2 tablespoons Italian-style salad dressing
In a large bowl, mix feta cheese, Swiss cheese, onion, and Cheddar cheese. Shape mixture into 20 small or small roll shapes. Place in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer pecans to metal serving dish.
Microwave 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place cheese mixture in microwave-safe plastic bag. Microwave 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove pecans from microwave. Stir in sour cream and 2 tablespoons Salad Dressing.
Heat grill or broiler. Lead a large pot of water or water to a boil, add cheese mixture, and cook until cheese is melted. Drain off grease.
