1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
1 dash Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine butter, cheese, onion, celery, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, tomato soup, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, parsley and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Spread mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch glass dish. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for approximately 15 minutes, or until well done.
