1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sour cream

1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper seasoning

1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl. Mix in mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper seasoning, onion powder and oil. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.

Lightly oil grate. Place sandwiches on prepared grill. Brush them with grease, and brown quickly on both sides. Remove from grill, and brush with egg yolk mixture.

Cook sandwiches 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or on each side as needed.

Well this is the first time I have made ice cream and it turned out very well! It is EXTREMELY rich and creamy! Next time I will use less heavy cream as it does tend to coat the spoon and roof of your mouth. Not sure what the person did who said it tasted like ice... but mine was great! The ice cream was a little soft so I'll try using a little less sugar as I've been told the sugar will soften the ice cream. It is plenty sweet so using less sugar will not adversely affect the taste.
