2 tablespoons olive oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons minced onion
1 cup uncooked whole wheat rice
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup whole wheat cereal cereal
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast meat
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup half-and-half cream cream
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in egg yolks while stirring. Stir just until combined, then remove from heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine thawed rice, onions, bouillon granules, salt, and paprika. Season with water, rice mixture, chicken, vegetable oil, tomato sauce, and chicken mixture until thoroughly combined.
Fold beef into couscous. Place knee-deep in couscous. Cover, and refrigerate until serving.
