2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) can tomato juice
10 zucchini, sliced
4 carrots, cut into thin strips
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
6 grape tomatoes - sliced
1 carrot, peeled and cubed
1 teaspoon chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup minced onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
In a large saucepan, combine tomato sauce, tomato juice, zucchini, carrots, crushed red pepper, grape tomatoes, carrot, green bell pepper, Parmesan, mozzarella, onion, celery and green bell pepper. Mix well and serve with fresh bread, salad greens and cheese.
