Chocolate Covered Brownies II Recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup white sugar

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon boiling water

3/4 cup butter, softened

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

In a large saucepan, combine pudding mix, sugar, milk, boiling water, and butter; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, stir in flour, and let mixture cool to room temperature. Spread 1/3 of mixture onto bottom of nine cake layers. Arrange ice cream cones or other plastic cooling trays on top of each layer. Cool completely, and cut into squares.
