1 white onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried lemon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons ketchup
salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place onion and garlic in a large skillet. Place olive oil in a shallow dish or bowl. Stir in honey, ketchup, salt, sherry and lemon pepper.
Drain chicken and massage to coat. Place coated chicken in baking dish or roasting pan. Place chicken on baking dish in baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until well browned.
