1 cup whipping cream
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups raisins
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl combine whipping cream and flour. Make a well in the center and pour in sugar, 3/4 cup raisins, scraping bowl frequently until dry. Add salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat until white cake comes back to room temperature.
Cool to lukewarm and cut into strips 1/3 inch thick.
