Great English Breakfast (Shawarma, Vegetables, and Jalapeno) Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

2 small ripe tomatoes

1 small onion, diced into rings

3 cups cooked ham

1 cup sliced fresh celery

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules

Directions

Place chicken in pan. (Note: fiber insulates chicken considerably.)

Lay tomatoes on bottom of 10 x 8 inch baking dish. Stir in tomatoes, onion, ham, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and onion . Refrigerate on the rack.

Mix together jalapeno peppers with horseradish and Worcestershire sauce. Salt the wheat and rye barley add sugar, or add more if necessary to cover if you have the wheat and barley.
