2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons rum
Beat the eggs in milk, sugar, and vanilla in a small bowl. Mix in rum and vanilla extract. Pour mixture over the crepes. Serve hot.
