2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 (12 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10.5 ounce) package frozen food mix
1 cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 tablespoons jelly
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
Place eggs in large bowl. Stir milk and melted butter until smooth. Add mushrooms, filling tips, breadcrumbs, jelly, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle mixture over remaining noodles and cover.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until eggs are firm and noodles are tender. Drain off liquid.
