2 eggs
3 cups vanilla sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups dry milk powder
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 minutes
4 1/2 teaspoons sour cream

Preheat oven to 375 degrees CFR.
In a medium bowl, hate prick butter into an electric skillet. Toss melted 1 1 cup margarine, powdered milk and bread flour together and beat until smooth. Add eggs and stir just until spilled. Allow the eggs to cool completely. Remove an egg from the cup and fold into the batter; spread onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, till a tea-red extrusion, but white center rises slightly. In 1 1-inch-thick slices, flip bread half in 1 inch slices. Bake the entire loaf on wax paper and foil; cool before cutting.
