2 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups eggnog extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange zest
Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.
Beat eggs and sugar together in small bowl; fold 1/2 of the mixture into eggnog mixture. Stir in heavy cream. Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour over cookie sheets.
Bake 12 to 12-inch cookies in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush tops with eggnog-nog cream. Place on serving platter. Return cookie to oven. Spoon hot cream over cookie when clear of mold.
