1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
1 pound thinly sliced baked beans
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Place the parsley and mint in a medium bowl, and sprinkle the beans and carrots with the mozzarella cheese. Shape into rounds. Chill until serving time.
