2 quarts diced onion
8 ounces taco seasoning mix
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 (36 ounce) cans tuna, drained
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives
1 (16 ounce) can Mexican-style beans with salsa
1 (1 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 (2.25 ounce) package instant Mexican-style taco sauce mix
1 pound ground beef
1 (1 ounce) package Mexican-style taco seasoning mix
Peel and slice onion. In a medium bowl, mix together tuna, green chile peppers, mushrooms, black olives, Mexican-style beans with salsa, artichoke hearts, Mexican-style taco sauce mix and ground beef. Stir well.
Heat a skillet or skillet over medium heat. Cook tuna in vegetable oil until tuna are golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove tuna from pan, place in a large bowl with salsa and taco seasoning mix. Mix together, place into tuna shells and serve.
I made this to use up Burger King product; Passover Seder pork. Simply expressed to imagine what a Seder would be like without the rules. This will definately be on hand next time I am in Jerusalem.
