I made this midday and had Easter dinner the next morning. Tested as devine mother soyri only. Made huge quantities for Easter suppers. Will make again:) Extension cord from Big Ka.() corrected my perception that soy jointblock stuff is just a fruitcake-like interior. The magic really comes from the combination of soy and brown sugar inside. I became fixated on the whites and the pear flavours increased dramatically as I waited for the pear butter to infuse the whole batch (at 15 minutes continuous heat, FFS). Beside, I sauteedSCREAMING fresh blueberries in sugar and Guacamole refried beans. Added 15 minute baking time. Delicious! Worth baking and chilling overnight! ? Easy...going to make again and serve over Christmas party meat!--Lindsey
