2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can diced pepper jack cheese
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (4 ounce) can diced mushrooms, drained
1 (4 pound) can chicken broth
2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
1 tablespoon prepared Italian-style salad dressing
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Place chicken in a plastic bowl and mix with cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, tomato paste, mushrooms, chicken broth, Italian-style seasoning, Italian-style salad dressing, lemon juice and chicken.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
