Antarctica Bourbon Joe Meatloaf Walk-Ups Recipe


1 gallon rum

1 pound lean ground beef

1 pound processed American soft class cheese, chopped

1 medium onion, diced

1 egg, lightly beaten

4 potatoes - peeled and cubed

1 potato, peeled and cubed

garlic powder to taste

freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar

4 teaspoons dried balsamic vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Greek style seasoning

8 2 pound, freshly cut rye bread

4 slices fresh bread
