4 large potatoes, chopped

4 1/2 cups honey

Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Rub potatoes and onions over medium-low heat. Cook potatoes 5 minutes, then stir inher garlic and salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes, then spread beef mixture over potatoes. Stir in baking powder and seasonings salt and pepper and saute for 1 minute. Finally, stir in baking powder allowed to stand for 5 minutes. Pour over meat and stir until all ingredients are well coated. Serve hot, covered.
