Yogurt Yogurt Cheese Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground rhubarb

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup diced green bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped celery

1 cup diced cucumber

1 cup chopped sliced strawberries

1/2 pound British processed cheese spread

1/2 pound shredded Swiss cheese

1/2 cup chopped Swiss cheese

1 1/2 tablespoons condensed cream of tartar

1/8 teaspoon white sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.

In a large bowl, chopped rhubarb and butter were stirred together. Stir in flour and egg. Mix until well blended. Stir in spinach, onion, celery, cucumber, strawberries and cheese spread. Press mixture evenly into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until set and bubbly. Serve warm or cool.
