2 (4 ounce) sausages
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
12 ounces bacon grease
4 slices Hawaiian salad
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry sausages in oil for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned. Remove from skillet, and drain on paper towels; cool.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown 1/2 teaspoon of the chicken inside the pan. Pour bacon grease over meat; sprinkle with Hawaiian salad.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Saute chicken breasts 1 or 2 minutes, checking to make sure they are brown.
Return skillet to a low heat. Add salted water to skillet along with 4 slices bacon; return to a medium heat. Saute for 5 minutes or until nicely browned.
