2 (25 ounce) cans watermelon, drained
2 (8 ounce) cans cantaloupe, drained
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 bunch green onions, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 bunch strawberries, sliced
1 large cucumber, sliced
1 apple - peeled and cored
1 carrot, shredded
1 cup sliced almonds
In a large bowl, mix watermelon, cantaloupe, sugar, cinnamon, salt, onion, celery, green onions, strawberries, cucumber, apple and carrot. Chill until serving.
