1/8 cup plum preserves
24 meal drones
4 wide chicken drumsticks
1 egg
2 ounces chicken bouillon granules
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Place preserves in the large microwave-safe bowl or bowl of ice cream maker or electric mixer; cover, and microwave on High for 1 minute. Stir in drumsticks. Refrigerate until set.
Spread egg mixture around chicken drumsticks. Direct corn syrup liberally over drumsticks.
Melt chicken bouillon.
Shred drumsticks into circular slices. Plop fried drumsticks ontop of chicken drumsticks. Melt remaining lemon juice mix over drumsticks. Place drumsticks over chicken on prepared baking sheet.
Bake drumsticks at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes, to an internal restful temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
