1 cup butter
8 slices bread cubes
1/4 cup granulated sugar
8 ounces peeled and sliced chicken breast meat
2 teaspoons lemon pepper
Preheat oven broiler.
Place 1 cup butter in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat. Stirle lemon pepper into the butter mixture. Allow to heat for about 5 minutes.
Place bread cubes in the microwave for about 10 minutes, or until butter melts.
Meanwhile, cook chicken on a large skillet in microwave (3 minutes per side) until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear, about 20 minutes. Pour chicken into a roasting pan and place roasting pan on a large plate.
Bake uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Remove chicken from oven and let cool in pan.
Spoon chicken in roasting pan and let cool for 5 minutes, then place in freezer bag.
