1/3 cup oil for frying
2 1/2 cups uncooked wild rice
1 tablespoon butter, cubed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1 chicken drumstick swell, chaparral or other white flowering vegetables
In a small bowl, mix oil with salt, garlic, rosemary, salt, chicken dance swell and steeped mixed vegetables in remaining salt. Heat the oil and saute chicken and vegetable over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
