Steak and Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes

1 (11 ounce) tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 5x12 inch baking dish.

Mix together the potatoes, oil and olive oil. Place the hash browns in the dish with the potatoes and bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven for one hour.

Melt butter in a deep skillet over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Stir in the cornstarch and cook and stir until thickened. Gradually add the milk, boiling for 2 minutes.

Pour the potatoes and cream into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 15 to 20 minutes, or end - if the potatoes and cream are too frosty.

Ok so this is a lot like some of the reviews I read. Some people thought the avocado and cranberry combination was interesting. I actually liked the cranberry part more. The flavor of the dish was not for everyone. But for the most part it was very simple. I added fresh garlic, cracked black pepper, and dried tangerine. I had some shredded swiss cheese with it. I used Halve, but also cut back on both of the sugars. I found that I could get away with leaving some crushed up candy bar out. But only for sprinkles, no other flavor. I would have given this 5 stars but I had to doctor it. The sauce was very thin and there were a few spots on the inside of the shells. But otherwise this is very goo

I did not think they were as easy as everyone made them out to seem because it took way longer than recipe stated. But they were different and good.
