We loved this one! Quick and easy with which to make our classic served over chicken and salad. I used roasted red peppers along with the chopped rellenos. Nothing drastic, but we ended up using only 2 jalapenos since we didn't have either ingredient and were out of green Chile peppers. Perfect! Will definately make it again!!! Thank you for sharing!!!!
